A Break For Old Friends

Just taking a little break from the kids to show off a little play date we had with some friends we don't get to see very often. We were all high school buddies and who would have guessed we would be sitting around surrounded by all these cute little balls of energy someday. It was awesome to see everyone and we can't wait to do it again!!!

This is Jaime and her two side kicks Joshua and Caleb. Bryden is going to coach Joshua to be a Wii Lego Indiana Jones Master. He can't wait for him to come back again.
This is Rachel and her little sidekick Aaron. He loves anything with wheels and was a little angle!!
This is Amy and her new little one Wren. She looks a lot like both of her parents and Hayden thought she was pretty cute!!!
Thanks for the play date girls and lets not let too much time go by!!!!!

TAG! Hayden IS IT!!!

OK I think that we may be back. We have replaced the camera and then the puppy has chewed my computer cord so here it goes using daddy's computer with limited access to all of my pictures.

In BLOG world when you get tagged, then it is your turn to tell about yourself. Hayden, Bryden and Makena have been tagged by their favorite California babe Tess. I have decided to start with Hayden since he he usually gets last bid to anything. So here it goes!!!
1. My name is Hayden Charles. Hayden is after a great lake that my parents have always loved. There may or may not be a golf course there with this name too (My dad loves it when our names just happen to be the same as golf courses). Charles is after my Fraternal Grandfather and Great Grand Father.

2. My mom likes to say that I am her child of irony. I was her hardest pregnancy but easiest delivery. I was her smallest baby but by % I am now the big boy in the house. I am soooo cute and adorable but can turn on a tantrum like there is no tomorrow.

3. I LOOOOOVE french fries!!!!!

4. I was what most consider a late talker. After my third birthday. Be careful what you wish for because now I never stop talking and my mom doesn't always like what sometimes comes out of my mouth. Like "Stop poopy butt".

5. I am the youngest of three. That makes me the baby and sometimes the third wheel. However, I can easily slide into the role of pesky little brother. I can tear apart my brothers Lego contraptions with no problem then skip into sissy's room to test out a little bit of her play makeup. This is all while standing in front of the T.V. so nobody can see it.

6. My mom loves it when I am sad and I crawl into her lap and say "I ma ma's baby?" I will always be ma mas baby.

7. I am also all boy. I like anything with wheels or wings and my favorite thing in the whole world is Thomas the Train or as I like to call his "Tommy Choo Choo". (See top picture)

8. I LOVE TO SLEEP!! Like my mother we need our beauty rest. I am always the first one to bed and the last one up in the morning. I am not easy to wake either. If you turn my bedroom light on when I am asleep I will simply give you a "NOOOO, I Ni Ni".

9. I love my sissy! If my mom wants me to do something and I do not want to, I can be a pill. If it is my sissy's idea, then I am usually on board. She really helps me out a lot

10. A FEW people have told me I look a little like my daddy. My grandma even says I act just like my daddy did when he was my age. Isn't it amazing how god works sometimes!!!

Still No Camera

Yesterday I searched and searched through all of the Sunday advertisements in hopes of finding the perfect camera at the perfect price. I think that I might have found a few to put into the running. So this weekend I WILL purchase some type of memory capturing device. I guess I can still blog without a camera but isn't the saying "a picture is worth a million words" or something like that.
Until next week friends and family!!!!

MORE Mouths to Feed!!!

Not too long ago I wrote of all the mouths we have to feed around here. Well, the mouths continue to multiply. This time we have added to the number of hungry critters in this house by 21. Yes! You read that correctly 21 (at last count). We were so excited last month with the arrival of our 4 baby White Molly fish and they have grown to look just like their mother. I was happy that I was able to breed, raise and keep these little guys alive. Upon going to feed them this morning I noticed that we have been blessed again. This time with a school of them. Curious about how this happened (since dad kicked the bucket and went for a toilet swim a few weeks ago) I did a little research on this particular fish. Apparently, a female can have babies every month for up to six months with only one fertilization. AAAAAAHHHHHHH!
The moral of the story: girls be thankful we don't breed like White Mollies!!!

P.S. I left my camera at a little league game and so far it has not been returned. I may be searching for a new camera. Any recommendations???
